If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help—but we also want to be clear about the boundaries of our return policy to ensure fair treatment for all customers and to protect our small business from abuse or misunderstandings.
Return & Refund Eligibility
You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

Timeframe: You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or refund.

Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition (tags attached, no signs of wear, odor, or damage).

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.

Return Authorization: All returns must be authorized in writing by Feral Hockey before they are sent back.
Refund Types

Full Refund: Issued only if the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or you received the wrong item.

Partial Refund: May be issued if the item is returned in less-than-original condition or past the 14-day window (up to 30 days), subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.

Shipping & Handling

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Bank processing times may vary, so please allow an additional 3–5 days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Feral Hockey is not liable for damages resulting from:
